Mug Warranty Policy
- Coverage At Nanz Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality mugs. That is why we have a limited 30 days warranty on every mug purchased from our store. The warranty is inclusive of defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.
- Warranty Details
What is covered: A defect would be one that makes the mug unusable-for example, cracking, chipping, or even a fault in manufacturing.
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or cleaning.
Claim Process To make a warranty claim:

Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defective mug.
Review: We will review your claim and may request further information if needed.
Resolution: You will be provided with the return instructions when your claim is approved. We’ll replace the mug or give a refund, whichever you prefer and available.
Return Shipping Nanz Shop will reimburse the return shipping cost of the defective item for approved warranty claims. Replacement items will similarly be shipped free of cost.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Nanz Shop is authorized to decide whether the defect falls under this warranty.
