We have 30 day refund policy.

Return Eligibility:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you don’t love your winter jacket, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order and get a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization: Once you contact us, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with further instructions on how to return your item.

Ship Your Return:

Securely package the item and include your RA number. You are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is defective or an error has occurred in shipping.

Refund Process:

Once we have received your returned item, an inspection will be conducted, and then your refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your merchandise return. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges:

In the case of an exchange for another size or color of jacket, please begin the return process as outlined above and submit a new order for your item of choice.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will be happy to replace it or give a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale are not returnable nor exchangeable.
